Visions are developed with the citizens of two small towns to trial changes in social practices to deal with heat. The focus is on practices that achieve heat resilience through coordination and collective behaviour. In developing these visions, the focus is on a participation process that reinforces cohesion in cities and integrates marginalised groups.
